Equipment used will include: swiss ball, cane, dumbbells, flogger, resistance bands, bosu, restraints, medicine ball, nipple clamps, bondage rope to name but a few. *Suspension training is available for the very fit and very sub â?? contortion is involved and requires a high level of flexibility as well as a high pain threshold.
