Any couples.... fit(ish) and interested in going running any time today (Sunday) having a play on the way. Happy to watch you two or join in at your invitation..whatever you think might be fun. I know some lovely quiet secluded places too

Easy going nice guy just loooking for some extra training easy jogging and some gentle playing......non-serious runners welcome c. 4-6 km at steady pace but might need some stops along the way..
